Gitzo GK1555T-82TQD Series 1 Carbon 5-Section Traveler Kit with Ball Head TQD

Traveler series features the 180° leg folding system pioneered by Gitzo. The tripod legs reverse-fold around the centre column and head, allowing the kit to fold down to an ultra-compact size. The tripod’s legs are made of Carbon eXact tubing for superior strength and stiffness in a slimmer size, and feature the Traveler G-lock, a travel-size version of Gitzo’s G-lock.

The GK1555T-82TQD is a Traveler tripod/head kit comprising the GT1555T Tripod and the GH1382TQD Centre Ball Head, built for demanding, globe-trotting photographers who like to travel light. GT1555T is a series 1 Traveler tripod, and recommended for use with 135mm lenses (200mm max.). The tripod has 5-sections for unbeatable compactness: just 35.5cm closed length, and a maximum height just under 1.5m. With its leg angles spread and the included short centre column inserted, the tripod goes lower for low-angle or macro shots. The tripod is matched with GH1382TQD Centre Ball Head. Slim, perfectly balanced and versatile, the head features independent pan lock and bubble level, and is supplied with short Arca-Swiss compatible quick release plate (GS5370SD). The kit includes a shoulder strap for easy carrying.
