Lastolite's Magnetic Background Support is an innovative support which enables photographers to quickly and easily attach any collapsible backgrounds with a steel rim to a traditional lighting stand.

Reliable and strong magnetic connectors allow the quick and easy operation of this product. Attaching and removing a background is simple. The steel band located within the rim of a Lastolite background attaches directly to the two magnetic housings on the crossbar. The support can be raised to its desired position and the background simply lifted into position.

The Magnetic Background Support is designed to fit the industry standard 5/8” spigot connector, making it especially usable and a universal fit with almost all light stands. It supports a steel rimmed collapsible background of up to 5kg in weight.
