Peak Design Everyday Backpack 15L Zip v2 Ash (PFAS-free)

A visually and functionally simpler version of the iconic Everyday Backpack, the Everyday Backpack Zip's ultra-clean aesthetic makes it ideal for discreet urban everyday or photo carry. 

Accessible on the top and sides via a single weatherproof 270° ultra-durable #8 zip. Two internal FlexFold dividers keep gear organized and protected, not bunched at the bottom of your bag. 

Dedicated sleeve for up to 13” laptop/tablet or documents, plus a variety of internal slip pockets for small items. 100% recycled 400D weatherproof shell keeps everything safe. Expandable side pockets for water bottles or tripod. Integrated luggage carry pass-through. Two stowable cinch straps let you carry more externally. All-custom hardware, minimal dangling straps. Now in its 2nd generation, v2 Backpack Zip boasts aesthetic and functional updates based on feedback from customers.  

As of late 2024 Peak Design decided to stop using PFAS (per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances) in their goods as scientific studies over recent years have revealed that these ‘forever chemicals’ do not break down and can accumulate over time. As Peak Design are committed to making beautiful high-quality gear while upholding the highest standards of product safety and environmental stewardship, they are only manufacturing eco-friendly PFAS-free products going forward. 

The external fabric of this new version of the Everyday Backpack Zip features an eco-friendly PFAS-free water-repellent treatment (replacing the previous DWR treatment).
