This Audio Kit includes Mini Windjammer (fur cover tailor-made for Zoom H5 Portable Recorder, 055462), Portable Recorder Suspension (041119), Soft Grip Extension Handle (037301) and Hot Shoe Adapter (037302).

Rycote's Mini Windjammer for Zoom H5 Portable Recorder is made from the same tried and tested synthetic fur material used for their acclaimed professional ‘full size’ wind-protection products. This easy-to-fit slip-on Windjammer provides excellent wind protection, reducing wind noise by up to 22dB.

Rycote's Portable Recorder Suspension is excellent for mounting small-profile recorders in a variety of field and indoor stand-mounting applications. The durable Lyre technology provides outstanding isolation from vibrations, shock and handling noise for cleaner audio recording. The standard 3/8” thread is suitable for boom pole and camera hot shoe mounting, whilst the 3⁄4” adaptor provides versatility to fit microphone stands. The easy-to-use 180° swivel is perfect for orienting the recorder microphones in the direction of the desired sound source. A cable clamp is built into the connector greatly minimizes cable-borne noise. The Hot Shoe Adapter can be added to the bottom of the swivelling connector to allow  the  portable recorder to be mounted on video or DSLR cameras.  

Rycote's Soft Grip Extension Handle has an ergonomic feel and can be used to comfortably hand-hold the recorder, or mount it onto a stand or boom.
