Rycote’s InVision shock mount products are designed for discreet, low-profile boom-mounted use in broadcast environments where full basket windshielding is not required. They utilise Lyre suspension systems for professional isolation.

With several models designed for use with a vast number of microphone makes and models, InVision suspension mounts provide outstanding shock, vibration and handling isolation performance for broadcast and film, with microphones mounted to boom poles, as well as floor, desk and suspended stands. Utilising Rycote’s exclusive Lyre technology, these virtually unbreakable shock-mounts are designed with an integral cable clamp to isolate the microphone from cable and stand-borne noise.

InVision INV-7HG MKIII Microphone Shock Mount is suitable for short and medium condenser and short shotgun mics, for use on a stand or boom pole. Ideal for a range of front-heavy microphones, or microphones used with wind protection solutions like the Rycote Classic-Softie, Super-Softie or BBG. INV-7HG MKIII features a short bar with Duo-Lyre. This design, with a soft-feel grip moulded into the clip, ensures microphone is held securely, while saving space for a slip-on windshield. Use the high-quality star knob for adjustable, accurate positioning. The mount comes with brass 3/8” M to 4/8” F adapter included.
